These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets for the Astra Go Masterclass and your participation in the event. By booking a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms, which should be read together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

1.1 Who We Are

The Astra Go Masterclass is organized and operated by Astra Go, a commercial brand of AP | PORTUGAL (ApoioXXI, Lda.), a company incorporated and registered in Portugal.

1.2 The Masterclass

The Astra Go Masterclass is a certified online training program covering AI SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

• Date & Time: November 19, 2026, starting at 14:00 CET (UTC+1).
• Duration: Approximately four hours.
• Delivery: Online via Zoom, conducted in English, including a live interactive Q&A session.

1.3 Technical Requirements

It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they possess the necessary hardware, software, and stable internet connection required to access the live Zoom stream and download course materials. We are not responsible for access issues resulting from hardware, software, or network failures on the user's side.

1.4 Prices and Payment

• Prices are displayed on our official Tickets page and are inclusive of statutory Portuguese VAT and applicable taxes.
• Launch Price: €199 for the first 50 tickets.
• Early Bird Rate: €249 (available until October 31, 2026, 23:59 CET).
• Standard Rate: €299 (applicable from November 1, 2026 onwards).
• Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Revolut. All transactions are securely processed via certified third-party payment gateways at checkout.
• Invoicing & Business VAT: For corporate invoicing or intra-EU VAT exemption requests, you must contact us at astrago@apportugal.com prior to completing your purchase.

1.5 Booking Confirmation & Delivery

• Confirmation: Your booking is legally confirmed once full payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is dispatched.
• Access Links: Joining instructions and Zoom access credentials will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout two (2) days prior to the event date.
• Digital Materials: Access to the downloadable AI Visibility Optimization Toolkit (framework, checklists, prompts, templates), presentation slides, session recording, and digital Certificate of Completion will be granted via email within five (5) working days following the event.
• Content Availability: Granted access to event recordings and digital toolkits shall remain available to registered attendees for a minimum period of 12 months following the masterclass date.

1.6 Intellectual Property & Recording Prohibition

• All intellectual property rights in the masterclass presentation, training materials, toolkits, and software frameworks belong exclusively to AP | PORTUGAL (ApoioXXI, Lda.).
• Materials are licensed strictly for your personal or internal professional use.
• Unauthorized audio or video recording, screen capture, reproduction, redistribution, resale, or public broadcasting of any part of the masterclass is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

1.7 Event Changes, Rescheduling, and Force Majeure

• We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the schedule, speakers, or program structure where necessary. Attendees will be promptly notified of any material changes.
• Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, global network outages, severe illness of key speakers, or government restrictions. In such events, we reserve the right to reschedule the event or provide equivalent access to a recorded masterclass session without incurring additional liability.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Portuguese and EU law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with the masterclass shall be limited to the total ticket price paid by you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

1.9 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

• Electronic Complaints Book: Pursuant to Decree-Law no. 156/2005, consumers may submit formal complaints via the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book platform at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
• Alternative Dispute Resolution (RAL): In accordance with Law no. 144/2015, in the event of an unresolved consumer dispute, you may contact the competent dispute resolution authority: CICAP, Centro de Informacao de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto (Rua Damiao de Gois, no. 31, loja 6, 4050-225 Porto; www.cicap.pt). 1.10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions under the laws of your country of residence.

2.1 Consumer Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-off Period)

If you purchase a ticket as an individual consumer (acting outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the purchase date without giving any reason, pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14.

2.2 Loss of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content & Services

Pursuant to Article 17 of Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014, your right of withdrawal expires once performance of the digital service has begun with your prior express consent. By checking the consent box at checkout, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Access to live digital events, immediate access to digital toolkits, or viewing event recordings constitutes the immediate performance of the digital service.
• You waive and lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once you access the live masterclass, download any part of the AI Visibility Optimization Toolkit, or view the session recording.

2.3 Business-to-Business (B2B) Purchases

Purchases made on behalf of a business, company, or commercial entity are final and non-refundable.

2.4 Ticket Transfers (Substitution)

If you are unable to attend the live masterclass, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or nominated third party at no extra charge. You must notify us in writing at astrago@apportugal.com with the full name and email address of the substitute attendee at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.

2.5 Event Cancellation by Us

If we cancel the masterclass outright without offering an alternative date or equivalent service access, you will be entitled to a full 100% refund of the purchase price paid.

2.6 Processing of Refunds

To request a refund under valid statutory withdrawal terms, please email astrago@apportugal.com. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

This Privacy Policy explains how AP | PORTUGAL collects, processes, and protects your personal data when you browse our website or register for the Astra Go Masterclass, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation EU 2016/679) and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019.

3.1 Data Controller

3.2 Personal Data We Collect

• Contact & Identity Data: Full name, email address, phone number, job title, and company name.
• Billing Data: Tax identification number (NIF/VAT), billing address, and transaction records.
• Financial Payment Data: Payment details are collected directly by secure PCI-DSS compliant payment processors (Ifthenpay, PayPal, Klarna). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser information, and website usage data collected via cookies.

3.3 Legal Basis and Purposes of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Performance of Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To process ticket purchases, issue tax invoices, manage registrations, send access credentials, and deliver training materials and certificates.
• Legal Compliance (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): To fulfill accounting, statutory tax reporting, and legal auditing requirements under Portuguese tax legislation.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): To place non-essential tracking cookies, execute enhanced ad conversion measurement, and send commercial newsletter communications (where opted-in).
• Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): To maintain web security, prevent fraud, improve our training offerings, and communicate relevant updates to existing business clients regarding similar professional services.

3.4 Recipients and Categories of Data Processors

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with trusted service providers operating under GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreements (DPAs):

• Payment Gateway Providers: Ifthenpay, Klarna, PayPal.
• Event Delivery Platform: Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
• Marketing & CRM Systems: HubSpot, Inc.
• Advertising & Analytics Platforms: Google LLC, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company.

Enhanced Conversions: Where you have granted explicit cookie consent, hashed (pseudonymized) email data may be transmitted to Google, Meta, or LinkedIn to measure online advertising performance and attribution.

3.5 International Data Transfers

Some service providers (such as Zoom, HubSpot, and Google) store or process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), primarily in the United States. We ensure all such transfers are legally safeguarded by relying on European Commission Adequacy Decisions (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission guaranteeing equivalent protection.

3.6 Retention Periods

• Transactional & Invoicing Data: Retained for 10 years to comply with Portuguese tax legislation (Article 123 of the IRC Code).
• Masterclass Attendee Records: Retained for up to 2 years following your last interaction with us.
• Marketing Data: Retained until consent is withdrawn or an opt-out request is received (and no longer than 2 years from last active contact).

3.7 Your Rights Under the GDPR

As a data subject, you hold the following statutory rights:

• Right of Access (Art. 15 GDPR): Request a copy of your personal data.
• Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure / "To be Forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR): Request deletion of personal data where legal retention periods do not apply.
• Right to Restrict Processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and Object to Processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
• Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw marketing or cookie consent at any time without affecting past processing legality.

3.8 Automated Decision-Making

We do not subject data subjects to decisions based solely on automated processing or profiling that produce legal or significant effects.

4.1 What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, tablet, or mobile device when you visit our website. They enable the website to function efficiently, remember preferences, and analyze website performance.

4.2 Categories of Cookies We Use

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for basic navigation, security, and checkout execution. These cannot be disabled in our systems.
• Analytical / Performance Cookies: Help us collect aggregated, anonymous traffic statistics to evaluate site usage and performance.
